Our objective is to process and ship all orders within 48 hours from the time of ordering (2 working days). If your order is placed after 12pm, it will be handled as if it arrived on the following working day.

Delays, allocations and cuts may affect all pre orders. Before ordering, please make sure to take this into account. If your order is a combination of in-stock and pre-ordered items, shipment will be delayed until all items are available. You can request individual item shipment at an added cost.

It is important to note that we cannot provide a definite assurance of receiving the products on the day of release. Nevertheless, we make every effort to promptly ship all orders, ensuring their expeditious arrival to you.
