Pre-Order Shipping Policy

At Transcendent Cards, we ship orders only when all items in the order are in stock. To receive in-stock and pre-order items more quickly, we recommend placing separate orders.

Our goal is to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday before 12 pm will ship the following Monday, unless it falls on a public holiday, in which case, shipping will occur on the next business day. For orders placed after 12 pm, processing will start on the following business day.

We primarily ship with Royal Mail RM24, and orders over £100 qualify for reduced shipping fees. Orders over £200 we may opt to use another shipping service or your order may require a signature from Royal Mail to reciept the delivery. 

Please note that while we strive to meet delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed, as expedited processing is limited due to logistical constraints. For time-sensitive orders, contact us before placing an order to confirm if we can accommodate expedited shipping.

We have suspended indefinitely International Shipping. This is no longer an option.
