Pre-Order / Standard Shipping Policy

At Transcendent Cards, we dispatch orders only when all items in the order are in stock. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday before 12 noon will be dispatched the following Monday. If that Monday is a public holiday, dispatch will take place on the next business day. For orders placed after 12 noon, processing will begin on the following business day.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders over £100 qualify for reduced shipping fees. Orders over £200 may require a signature upon delivery.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our ability to expedite order processing is limited, so please contact us before placing a time-sensitive order to confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

International shipping is suspended indefinitely and is no longer available.
